The Tigers capped off an excellent showing at the sectional meet and are proud to announce that 17 athletes have qualified for the State Outdoor Track and Field Championships this week in Gulf Shores! Our team put together a fantastic weekend of performances, earning top finishes across sprints, distance races, relays, jumps, and throws. Every athlete’s hard work, focus, and determination was on full display as we battled tough competition and rose to the occasion.
Qualifying for state is a huge achievement and reflects the months of training and commitment our athletes have put in. As we head to Gulf Shores, there’s a real sense of excitement and momentum within the team. We can’t wait to see our Tigers take on the best in Alabama, chase personal records, and represent our school with pride. Stay tuned for updates throughout the weekend — let’s go Tigers!
