This week’s 5K cross country meet brought strong performances from both the girls’ and boys’ teams, with several athletes finishing high in competitive fields. Both squads showed growth, consistency, and determination throughout the race.

The girls turned in a solid team effort, led by Carmen McMaster, who finished 12th overall with a time of 21:58.30. Right behind her, Adalyn Seigman secured 17th place in 23:06.23, giving the team two top-20 finishes.

Consistent running from Lily Langley (25th) and Kate Hale (26th) helped pack the team’s scoring group together. Rounding out the lineup were June Chandler (32nd) and Anju Hodges (34th), while Blair Graydon, Lucy Weichman, and Lauren Smith added depth to the roster.

Adding to the boys’ solid showing were Jaden Hall (23rd) and Aden Ruple (33rd), while teammates like Easton Gunnells, Carson Holderfield, and Sims Hutchinson provided reliable mid-pack finishes. The team’s depth was further displayed with consistent efforts throughout the roster.
