Our cross-country team delivered another solid performance at this week’s meet, with both the boys and girls teams putting in hard work on a competitive field.
On the girls’ side, senior Carmen McMaster led the team with a strong 22nd place finish, clocking in at 21:59.87. Close behind was Elisabeth Hoffman in 27th place (22:20.51), followed by Adalyn Seigman at 28th (22:23.89). Their tight grouping in the low 22-minute range was an impressive display of consistency.
Other solid contributions came from Kate Hale (24:20.39, 61st), Lily Langley (24:23.27, 62nd), and June Chandler (25:31.28, 83rd), helping round out the team effort.
On the boys’ side, junior Brayden Chandler once again led the way with a standout 16th place finish, running a 17:25.97. He was followed by Brayden Marlow (42nd, 18:26.17) and Jaden Hall (50th, 18:44.24), both of whom broke into the top 50 with strong sub-19 performances.
Consistent efforts from Aden Ruple (19:28.99, 72nd), Easton Gunnells (19:31.94, 73rd), and a deep supporting cast helped round out the boys’ results and add depth to the team’s overall standing.
