The Springville Cross Country team delivered back-to-back strong performances at two major meets: the Munsford Invitational and the prestigious Jesse Owens Classic.
🔶 Munsford Invitational Highlights
The Tigers made a strong showing with multiple top finishers:
Top Girls Finishers:
- Carmen McMaster – 2nd place, 20:50
- Elisabeth Hoffman – 4th place, 21:12
- Adalyn Seigman – 9th place, 22:09
Other key contributors included Kate Hale (11th) and Lily Langley (15th), helping to place five runners in the top 20.
Top Boys Finishers:
- Brayden Chandler – 3rd place, 16:45
- Jaden Hall – 8th place, 18:14
- Aden Ruple – 19th place, 18:57
The boys showed depth, with six runners finishing in the top 30.
🔷 Jesse Owens Classic Highlights
Competing in one of the region’s most competitive events, Springville athletes held their own against a deep field in the Bronze Division.
Top Girls Finishers:
- Carmen McMaster – 17th place, 20:41
- Elisabeth Hoffman – 20th place, 20:47
- Adalyn Seigman – 35th place, 21:28
Five girls finished in the top 60, showing consistency and progress.
Top Boys Finishers – 5K:
- Brayden Chandler – 4th place, 16:25
- Van Stewart – 38th place, 17:55
- Jaden Hall – 47th place, 18:05
- Brayden Marlow – 48th place, 18:06
JV/2.1 Mile Highlights:
- Jonathan Dowd led the way in the shorter race with a strong 35th place finish (12:19).
